A price here is a record, not an offer. It is either what someone told us they paid, or what we read off a menu the cafe published. Every price shows its source and the date we last saw it.

Cafes change their prices whenever they like and are under no obligation to tell us. A price on this site does not bind a cafe to anything, and you should not treat it as a quote. If you turn up and pay something different, the cafe is right and we are out of date. Our methodology page sets out exactly how we work prices out, including what we know we get wrong.

When you submit or confirm a price, report a cafe, or send feedback, you are telling us it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit prices you have made up, and do not submit anything you do not have the right to send us.

You give us permission to publish what you submit as part of the price record, and to keep publishing it. A price is a fact about a cafe rather than something we attribute to you by name, and it stays in the record after you leave.

We can decline, hold or remove a submission that looks wrong, abusive or automated. That is how the record stays worth reading.

The price data is free to read and we intend to keep it that way. Free to read is not the same as free to take wholesale, so:

• Personal use is fine. Look up prices, compare cafes, share a link, screenshot a page, tell your friends.
• Bulk extraction is not. Do not scrape, crawl or systematically download the site, and do not use automated tools to copy the price data in volume.
• Redistribution and resale are not. Do not republish our price data as a dataset, sell it, or build a competing product on a copy of it.
• Media and researchers are welcome, with attribution. Quote our figures, cite Coffee Near Me and link to the page you took them from. If you want more than a few numbers, ask us and we will usually say yes.

We may rate limit or block automated traffic that ignores this. Get in touch before building anything on top of our data and we can probably help you do it properly.

Pro is optional. It funds the work and adds convenience features. It never gates the price data: prices, the map, and submitting a price stay free for everyone, always.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Australian Consumer Law rights apply and nothing here limits them.

If you run a venue listed here and something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. That includes prices, opening details, and being listed as a cafe when you are not one.

Rankings are not for sale. Any paid placement is clearly labelled and never changes where a cafe ranks organically. We do not show any paid placements today.

We do not promise that every price is current or correct. We are explicit about this rather than burying it: coverage is uneven, some prices are old, and some cafes have no price at all. The freshness signals on every price exist so you can judge for yourself.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from relying on a price here. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
